# Frequently asked questions > Halal status, allergens, locations, opening hours and catering. ### Is your food halal? Yes — all meat at Quiero Tacos is 100% halal. We serve halal birria beef, chicken adobo and steak across our full menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and rice bowls. ### Where is Quiero Tacos located? Quiero Tacos has two locations: at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School on Lyceum Place, Manchester M15 6BY, and at Feast At The Mills, Eckersley Mill, Swan Meadow Road, Wigan WN3 5BE. ### What are your opening hours? Our Manchester (MMU) stall is open Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Our Wigan stall at Feast At The Mills is open Friday 5pm–9:30pm, Saturday 12pm–9:30pm and Sunday 12pm–6:30pm. ### What are birria tacos? Birria tacos are corn tortillas fried in rich birria sauce, filled with slow-cooked meat and melted cheese, and served with a warm birria consommé for dipping. They're our signature dish. ### Do you have vegetarian or vegan options? Yes. Our Fajita Mushrooms can replace meat in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and rice bowls, and sides like nachos, seasoned fries and churros are meat-free. Our pico de gallo and habanero salsas are vegan. ### Where can I find your allergen information? Every dish on our menu page lists its allergens — and anything it may contain — right under the description, covering all 14 UK regulated allergens. Our team at either location is always happy to talk through ingredients before you order. ### Do you offer delivery? We don't currently offer delivery — visit us at MMU in Manchester (Mon–Fri) or Feast At The Mills in Wigan (Fri–Sun) for food served fresh off the grill. ### Is there parking at Feast At The Mills in Wigan? Yes — Eckersley Mill on Swan Meadow Road has on-site parking, and it's a short walk from Wigan town centre and both Wigan train stations. ### Do you cater weddings and corporate events? Yes — Quiero Tacos provides halal Mexican catering for weddings, corporate events and private parties anywhere in the UK, including live build-your-own taco bars. We're based in Manchester and travel nationwide. Send us an enquiry through our catering page for a tailored package. ### How far do you travel for catering? Anywhere in the UK. We're based in Manchester and cater most often across the North West, but we travel to events in England, Scotland and Wales. Travel is included in your quote so there are no surprises, and for longer journeys we'll talk through timings and setup before you book. ### Can you tailor a catering menu to our event? Absolutely.
